The best point guard in the Eastern Conference this season, Jalen Brunson averaged 28.7 points, 6.7 assists, and 3.6 rebounds on 47.9% from the field and 40.1% from three in 77 games. In Game 1, Brunson contributed 22 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists but shot a horrid eight of 26 from the floor.
When Game 2 tips off, Brunson is a +124 to collect over 4.5 rebounds. He has cleared 4.5 boards in back-to-back games and will try to make it three in a row on Monday. Given the Sixers' blanketing defense on Brunson, expect him to continue to work on the glass in hopes of controlling the game's pace.
Josh Hart Threes Over 1.5 (+160) at DraftKings Sportsbook
Since joining New York, Josh Hart's impact on the team has been undeniable. However, his performance in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference First Round series may have been his most impressive yet. With a victory under his belt, Hart's role in maintaining the team's momentum is crucial.
In his seventh professional season, Hart averaged 9.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.0 threes in 81 appearances for the Knicks. In Game 1, he put up 22 points, 13 rebounds, and four threes while converting on 50.0% of his attempts from deep.
Hart is a +160 to score more than 1.5 threes on Monday night. He has cleared 1.5 threes in two of his last five games and 23 regular-season appearances. New York moves the ball well, and in Philadelphia's efforts to shut down Brunson, they'll see many more threes from Hart.

Joel Embiid gave Sixers fans a scare when he went down after a dunk in Game 1, but he doesn't project to be limited in Game 2. After dropping their first series match, expect Embiid to take control in the paint to earn their first win of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
Joel Embiid's performance in the regular season was nothing short of spectacular. In just 39 games, he averaged 34.7 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 5.6 assists on 52.9% shooting from the field. In Game 1 against the Knicks, he continued to showcase his prowess with 29 points, eight rebounds, and six assists despite 36.4% shooting.
Embiid is a +102 to score over 29.5 points when he plays the Knicks on Monday. He's scored 29.5 points in three of his last five games and 31 of his 39 regular-season appearances. He is expected to improve his shooting efficiency, and coupled with his ability to get to the free-throw line, expect Embiid to get back on track offensively.
Kyle Lowry Points Over 8.5 (+100) at DraftKings Sportsbook
Kyle Lowry isn’t expected to be a high-volume producer for the Philadelphia 76ers at this point in his career. However, given his familiarity with head coach Nick Nurse and his well-known two-way quality and playmaking, Lowry fits in perfectly despite a higher-than-usual workload.
In 60 regular-season games between the Sixers and Heat this season, Lowry has averaged 8.1 points, 4.2 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.6 threes per game. In Game 1 of the First Round, Lowry showed his experience and quality, putting up 18 points, four rebounds, and four threes on 55.6% efficiency.
When Game 2 tips off, Lowry is a +100 to score over 8.5 points against the New York Knicks. Lowry has cleared 8.5 points in just one of his last five games and 21 of his 61 regular season appearances. Given Nurse’s heavy reliance on Lowry through the postseason, expect the veteran guard to remain productive.
