Both these sides are looking for a little run of form but that’s been hard to come by. San Jose Earthquakes haven’t got a win in six matches and Inter Miami haven’t had a win in their last two.

Those underlying numbers show that this is no fluke and he’s the real deal. They have to wrap him up in cotton wool and make sure that they retain his services for the coming seasons. That’s the sort of talent that’s good enough to be a part of title winning sides.

One thing that can’t be denied about this San Jose Earthquakes side is that they’re entertaining. They’ve scored 39 goals this season, which is far more than many of the sides higher than them in the table. All they need to do is make a few defensive signings and get the team to work in a more organized manner out of possession. This will also help the strong attack that they’ve inherited.
