Baltimore is set to start Kyle Bradish, who has only pitched 4.1 innings in the 7-2 win over the New York Yankees on May 2. Sale's early performance will be the biggest test for the NRFI bet as the Red Sox rank 9th in the league in runs allowed in the first inning (0.61).
