Without question, multiple teams jumped out at us when looking at Tuesday’s matchups. Those teams were the Reds, Twins, and Dodgers. They all have red-hot hitters and favorable matchups, so we decided to lean into that as hard as possible and come up with half a dozen prop bets that we think have tremendous value. The odds for today are from Caesars Sportsbook, which is giving new users up to $1,000 in bonus bets if they lose their first wager on the site.

Bailey Falter has gotten rocked in his last two starts, giving up eight runs on 16 hits over just eight innings of work. While the Dodgers did some of that damage, the Cardinals contributed as well, which makes us think the Reds will have a good day too. Right now, Candelario is perhaps Cincinnati’s hottest hitter. In June, he has at least one hit in 14 of 15 games and seven multi-hit games. Candelario also has 10 extra-base hits in those 15 games, so he has multiple paths to get multiple bases.
In his career against Falter, Steer is 4 for 6 with a home run. That’s not a huge sample size, but it’s enough to take a chance on Steer having a big night against Falter when he’s been struggling. Steer is also 4 for 8 with two extra-base hits in his last two games. He bats right behind Elly De La Cruz and Candelario, which should provide him plenty of RBI opportunities on Tuesday.

Correa is batting .308 on the season and has been scorching hot lately. He has eight multi-hit games in his last 11 games, totaling 24 hits during that span. We’re getting incredibly valuable odds for a player that hot. The kicker is that Correa is batting .345 at home, so with the Twins playing at home on Tuesday, we’ll back him to stay hot with multiple hits.
Lewis came back from the IL earlier this month and has been crushing it. He owns an eight-game hitting streak with four home runs and two doubles during that stretch. Lewis also has eight hits, including four extra-base hits, over his last four games. It’s not hard to envision him staying hot and having another multi-hit game or another extra-base hit on Tuesday.

Part of favoring the Dodgers on Tuesday is fading Gomber, who gave up eight runs on 11 hits over three-plus innings in his last start. Obviously, most starting pitchers don’t have an over/under of 3.5 earned runs. But these are special circumstances because Gomber is facing the Dodgers at Coors Field and has been dreadful lately. We’re also getting relatively even odds for this bet, giving us every reason to think Gomber will have another poor outing.
Despite Gomber being a left-handed pitcher, Freeman is 6 for 11 with three extra-base hits in his career against him. Those numbers were enough to get our attention for this bet. While Freeman only has one multi-hit game in his last six games, part of that is because he walked five times on Monday. But with a lefty-on-lefty matchup, Gomber will have to go after him, giving Freeman a great opportunity to collect multiple hits.
