The Boston Red Sox will battle the St. Louis Cardinals in the first game on Sunday from Busch Stadium. St. Louis has dominated Boston all weekend, and we expect a similar result to conclude the series.
We’re looking at a pitcher prop for Nick Pivetta to highlight our Sunday betting card. We also have locked in a couple of other props for the slate.

Nick Pivetta isn’t in the Cy Young running to begin the year. He has defined inconsistency in 2024, thanks to injuries. The pitcher is coming off a 5.2-inning performance against the Rays, allowing two earned runs.
While his stat line looked strong, both the earned runs were solo homers. If there were men on base, he wouldn’t have made it 5.2 innings into the game.
In the previous game, he allowed seven hits and five earned runs against the Braves with just a sin\gle strikeout. Pivetta’s strikeout line against the Cardinals is 5.5, and the under is +106.
Pivetta is 2-2 to the under this season, and we believe he will be 2-3 on Sunday. St. Louis is an average strikeout team, so they can deliver strong at-bats.
They have also smashed the baseball in the past two games, scoring 17 runs. Brayan Bello started the series' first game with four strikeouts in 4.2 innings.
Kutter Crawford took the ball on Saturday and had five strikeouts in 5.2 innings. Pivetta isn’t as good as either of these pitchers, and they haven’t reached six strikeouts. Fade the starter once again and lead under on 5.5 strikeouts.

Corbin Burnes dominated the NL Central with the Brewers and is now delivering in the AL East with the Orioles. The pitcher is having a fantastic season with a 2.68 ERA and a 1.01 WHIP.
He has recorded 49 strikeouts in 53.2 innings, and his biggest strength for prop betting is that he makes long starts. Burnes has gone at least six innings in four straight games, giving him a higher probability of going over his strikeout props.
Based on his recent starts, Burnes's line is 6.5, and the over is -124, which may seem surprising. He is coming off a two-strikeout game and has surpassed this total once.
However, he will face the biggest strikeout team in baseball, the Seattle Mariners. No team has struck out more than Seattle, with 466 in 1501 at-bats. Burnes typically has six strikeouts every time he takes the ball, and if he completes six innings against the Mariners, he should go over his prop line for Sunday.

Fernando Tatis Jr. is having an excellent season. He is batting .257 with eight homers and a .785 OPS. We’re shooting big to end the weekend with a Tatis home run prop for +390.
Tatis hasn’t homered in four games, so he is due for a long ball. He has been producing productive at-bats in his past four games, so he is locked in at the dish.
Bryce Elder will take the ball for Atlanta, and he hasn’t been great. The pitcher is 1-1 with a 4.79 ERA and a 1.65 WHIP. He has allowed 26 hits in 20.2 innings with 16 strikeouts.
Tatis should have no reason to fear strikeouts and swing away all game. This will lead to him leaving the yard.
