On Wednesday, Happ and the Cubs face Dylan Cease, who's having an outstanding season. In his career, Happ is just 1 for 16 with seven strikeouts against Cease. That's a lot of ineptitude against the San Diego ace. With Cease likely to go deep in this game, Happ may only get one at-bat against a reliever, reducing the chances that he’ll get a hit.

Ketel Marte Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115) at DraftKings

Marte is one of those hitters we love targeting when he gets a favorable matchup. He’s batting .303 and has 19 extra-base hits in 36 games. Marte is in the midst of a six-game hitting streak with four extra-base hits during that stretch. He’s even homered in back-to-back games, making it clear that he’s in a good groove. In his career against Cincinnati starter Graham Ashcroft, Marte is 2 for 5 with both hits being doubles. That makes us think that Marte can collect multiple bases in this game one way or another, and with plus odds, we’ll take our chances.

Spencer Arrighetti Under 14.5 Outs Recorded (+110) at DraftKings

It’s hard not to fade Arrighetti in some way since he’s 0-3 with an 8.27 ERA. Granted, he looked better in his last start, giving up just two runs over 5.2 innings. But that was the only time in four starts that Arrighetti has recorded more than 14 outs. In fact, his previous season high was 12 outs. Facing the Yankees in such a hitter-friendly park isn’t a favorable matchup for him. Plus, it’s not like he has a particularly long leash, which is why we can see him getting pulled before he reaches five full innings.

Max Kepler Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105) at DraftKings

The German outfielder is also batting .323 with four consecutive multi-hit games. Kepler also has a hit in 13 of his last 14 games.
