Monday wasn’t particularly kind to use, but we’re not going to get deterred. We’ve got a good mix of pitchers and hitters for our MLB prop bets on Tuesday. Nothing is going to come easy to us, but the payout should be good if we hit a few of these. We’re using odds from DraftKings Sportsbook, which is giving new users $200 in bonus bets just for signing up and placing a $5 bet.

Blackburn has a 1.08 ERA through four starts, but we’re going to fade him a little against the Yankees on Tuesday. Keep in mind that he’s allowed at least five hits in back-to-back starts. Even when he threw 6.1 scoreless innings against the Nationals, he gave up five hits. Blackburn doesn’t strike out enough batters for him to consistently get through starts with four or fewer hits, and those are on his good days. He also has some subpar numbers against several Yankees, albeit in limited at-bats. That makes us want to fade Blackburn despite New York’s poor offensive showing on Monday.
Verdugo is one of the Yankees who has good numbers against Blackburn. He’s 3 for 8 with a pair of doubles against the Oakland ace. Verdugo is also just two days removed from a three-hit performance on Sunday. Even if he doesn’t have multiple hits, Verdugo has six doubles and two homers this year, so he can get to multiple bases with an extra-base hit. Keep in mind that all left-handed hitters are capable of homering at Yankee Stadium, so given his history against Blackburn, we like this matchup for Verdugo.

This has not been a great start to the season for Seager, who only has three extra-base hits and has gone hitless in back-to-back games. But he’s too good of a hitter for that to continue. Seager has an excellent history against Seattle starter Logan Gilbert, going 6 for 6 with three extra-base hits against him. This is a good matchup for Seager and just what he needs to get going.

Rodriguez has quickly become one of our favorite pitchers to target with strikeout props. He has 27 strikeouts in 24 innings pitched this year, so averaging over a strikeout per inning gives him a chance to get to seven. Keep in mind that he’s hit seven strikeouts in two of his four starts. Rodriguez has also pitched at least six innings in three of his four starts. That means he’s pitching deep into games, giving him more time to collect seven strikeouts.

Marte has quietly become a key figure for the Mets. After a strong start, he’s been moved up to the no. 2 spot in the lineup, giving him more at-bats and more opportunities to collect multiple bases. Equally important, Marte has three multi-hit games and two extra-base hits over his last four games. He’s in a good groove and a candidate for both a multi-hit game and an extra-base hit, which is what we like when looking for total base props. Marte is also 4 for 11 in his career against San Francisco’s Logan Webb, giving him a good track record against the pitcher he’ll face on Tuesday.
