St. Louis and Cincinnati will battle on Tuesday. These NL Central foes should play a very tight series, as each team has been competitive within the division.
Miles Mikolas takes the ball for the Cardinals against Brady Singer and the Reds. Singer is one of the best pitchers in 2025, whereas Mikolas has been struggling tremendously.
Singer is 4-0 with a 3.62 ERA in 27.1 innings. He has 32 strikeouts and a 1.13 WHIP, which is a big reason for his success.
Mikolas had been getting hit hard all over the park this season, and I can’t trust him. He is 0-2 with a 5.70 ERA as opponents are hitting .281 against him throughout the year.
We expect Singer to deliver a great outing and trust the Reds' offense to produce a ton of runs against Mikolas and St. Louis’ bullpen.

Zack Wheeler hits the mound for the Phillies against MacKenzie Gore and the Nationals. Both pitchers have been outstanding in 2025, but Philadelphia’s offense has the advantage in this game.
The Phillies are hitting .249 as a team this season, which is 11th best in baseball. Bryson Stott has been impossible to get out as he leads Philadelphia in batting average at .292.
Wheeler is 2-1 with a 3.62 ERA and has fanned 50 batters in 2025. His strikeout ability is what separates him from most pitchers, and he should deliver.
Gore is 2-3 with a 3.34 ERA this season. He is also a strikeout-heavy pitcher, but he will be challenged against the Phillies' offense.
Look for Wheeler to go deep into this game, which is why I’m backing the Phillies on the moneyline.

It’s always smart to fade the White Sox. Chicago is 7-21 in last place in the AL Central, while Milwaukee is 14-15 in the NL Central.
Freddy Peralta gets the start for Milwaukee, and he is 2-2 with a 2.43 ERA. He has a 1.08 WHIP and has struck out 36 batters in 33.1 innings.
Bryse Wilson will start for Chicago, who has a 4.30 ERA in 2025. He limited walks and pitches to contact, but Milwaukee is hitting .249 as a team, which is in the top ten in the MLB.
Brewers' moneyline is a great parlay piece for Tuesday’s slate. Look for them to get out to a fast start and coast to a win with Peralta on the hill.
