Colorado is 51-87 in last place in the NL West. Atlanta comes into this matchup at 74-63, trailing Philadelphia by seven games in the NL East.
Kyle Freeland gets the start for Colorado who is 4-6 with a 5.51 ERA. He has 67 strikeouts in 85 innings, along with a WHIP of 1.47. Freeland has allowed nine runs in his last three starts, while walking six over this span.
The Braves are going with Chris Sale who has been dominant in 2024. He is 15-3 with a 2.58 ERA as well as a 1.02 WHIP. Sale is the betting favorite to win the NL Cy Young award at -550 on FanDuel sportsbook.
Sale should have no problem with this Rockies offense, while Freeland might struggle against Atlanta. Look for the Braves to score many runs off Colorado’s pitching staff on the way to a victory.

The Pirates and Cubs battle it out in an NL Central matchup on Tuesday. Pittsburgh comes into this game at 63-73 in last place.
Chicago is 71-66 trailing Milwaukee by nine games. Both offenses have struggled in 2024, which is why we are taking the under.
Paul Skenes gets the start for the Pirates who is 8-2 with an ERA of 2.23. He has struck out 136 batters in 109 innings to go with a 0.95 WHIP.
Skenes has been dominant in his first year in the majors, and we expect him to have no problem with the Cubs in this matchup.
The Cubs are going with Justin Steele who is 5-5 with a 3.09 ERA. He has fanned 131 batters in 128 innings to go with a 1.09 WHIP. Steele has been very impressive in his last three starts, and we expect the same result in this matchup.
Both offenses rank in the bottom of the league as Pittsburgh is hitting .236, while Chicago is hitting .240.
We anticipate that both starters will dominate and take the offenses out of this game to cash the under.

To close out our parlay, we are taking the Mariners moneyline against the Athletics. Seattle comes into this matchup at 69-68 in second place in the AL West. Oakland is 59-78 trailing Seattle by ten games in this division.
Luis Castillo gets the start for the Mariners who is 11-12 with a 3.65 ERA. He has fanned 167 batters in 165.1 innings to go with a 1.17 WHIP.
Castillo does not have the best numbers in 2024, but with his big-time strikeout ability we like the pitching advantage in this matchup.
The Athletics are going with J.T Ginn who has an ERA of 5.19 in 8.2 innings. He has struck out eight batters and has a WHIP of 1.04.
With the inexperience that Ginn has, we expect Seattle to score many runs in this matchup to cash this leg of our parlay.
