Phillies Moneyline (-144) at FanDuel

Two of the best teams in baseball square off to start our parlay. The Dodgers are 55-36 in first place in the NL West. The Phillies are 58-32 leading the NL East by eight games.

The Dodgers are going with Bobby Miller who has struggled in 2024. He is 1-1 with a 6.12 ERA and has a WHIP of 1.60.

Velocity has not been the issue for Miller, but walks have been difficult. In his last three starts, he has walked nine batters and allowed ten runs. 

NL Cy Young candidate Zack Wheeler takes the mound for the Phillies at 9-4 with a 2.74 ERA. He has been dominant in 2024 and is the favorite to win the award at +135 on FanDuel sportsbook.

He has fanned 119 batters in 111.2 innings and is looking to close out the first half of the season strong.

Both teams have great offenses with lots of power, but we trust Wheeler more in this spot compared to Miller.

Kansas City and St. Louis begin their two-game series on Tuesday. The Royals are 49-43 trailing the Guardians by 8.5 games in the AL Central. The Cardinals are one of the hottest teams in the league and only trail the Brewers by 4.5 games in the NL Central. 

Kansas City is going with Michael Wacha who is 5-6 with a 3.74 ERA. He has struck out 75 batters in 84.1 innings and has been impressive in 2024. 

Andre Pallante toes the rubber for St. Louis who is 4-3 with a 4.00 ERA. Walks have been an issue for him in 2024. Pallante has walked seven batters in his last three starts and has given up six runs in this span.

The Cardinals offense has been one of the best in baseball as of late and we don't expect them to slow down against Wacha. 

We expect a ton of runs in this matchup and for the bullpens to come into this game early.

Rangers Moneyline (-162) at FanDuel

To wrap up our parlay we're taking the Rangers on the moneyline against the Angels. Texas is 42-48 trailing Seattle by six games in the AL West. Los Angeles is right behind them at 37-52.

Max Scherzer will take the mound at 1-2 with a 2.70 ERA. He has 11 strikeouts in 16.2 innings and a WHIP of 0.84. He will make his fourth start in 2024 after coming back from injury. 

The Angels are going with Roansy Conteras who is 1-1 with a 4.04 ERA. He has been a spot-start guy for the Angels and will be a part of a bullpen game in this matchup. 

Los Angeles is hitting .235 as a team in 2024. We expect vintage Scherzer to come out and shut down the Angels offense to cash our parlay.
