MLB Parlay Picks Today: Tigers vs. Royals (2:10 PM, EST)

The action starts early on Wednesday with the Kansas City Royals and Detroit Tigers from Kauffman Stadium in a big divisional matchup. Detroit is 23-24 this season in fourth place in the AL Central, while Kansas City is only a game and a half back from Cleveland for first place in the division.

The Tigers are starting Tarik Skubal, who is 6-0 with a 1.80 ERA this season. He has struck out 66 batters in 55 innings. 

In his last outing, he went six innings allowing just one hit and no earned runs. Skubal has been absolutely dominant and is one of the leaders in the AL Cy Young race. 

Kansas City is going with left-handed pitcher Cole Ragans who is one of the nastiest pitchers in baseball. He is a 3-3 record with a 3.70 ERA. Ragans is known for his strikeout ability, as he has fanned 64 strikeouts in 56 innings. 

Look for both of these pitchers to dominate the hitters in this matchup, keeping runs to a minimum. Even at 7.5, we’re still comfortable taking the under in this contest.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Mets vs. Guardians (1:10 PM, EST)

Guardians Moneyline (-130) at FanDuel

The New York Mets take on the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday afternoon. The Mets are currently 21-26 and 12.5 games back behind the first-place Phillies in the NL East. The Guardians are still at the top in the AL Central, but Kansas City is about to overtake them in the division. 

New York is going with Jose Quintana, who is 1-4 with a 5.21 ERA. He has struck out 32 batters in 46.2 innings. Back in early May, Quintana had a start in which he allowed ten hits and eight earned runs against Tampa Bay. 

Cleveland is starting Triston McKenzie who is 2-3 with a 3.23 ERA this season. McKenzie has struck out 40 batters in 47.1 innings and owns a 1.31 WHIP. He is coming off a 6.2-inning performance last week where he gave up one run on two hits. 

Quintana has not been very good this season and we expect him to struggle. Look for the Cleveland bats to have a solid day, and to load up the scoreboard.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers (10:10 PM, EST)

Dodgers Moneyline (-260) at FanDuel

In the Wednesday finale, the Diamondbacks will battle the Dodgers in Los Angeles in a key divisional matchup. Arizona is 22-26 and 10 games out of first place to the Dodgers in the NL West. Los Angeles currently holds an eight-game lead on the next-best team in the division, the San Diego Padres. 

Arizona is starting Ryne Nelson in this game. Nelson has a 2-3 record with a 7.06 ERA and is coming off a start where he allowed eight earned runs.  

Los Angeles is going with ace Tyler Glasnow, who has been terrific this season. Glasnow has struck out 81 batters in 62 innings and is 6-2 on the year. Glasnow has some of the best strikeout pitches in all of baseball, and he will keep that up on Wednesday night.

We expect the Dodgers to score many runs off a struggling Nelson in this matchup. Look for Glasnow to dominate the strike zone, giving the Dodgers the victory.
