Orioles | +1.5 (-190) | -110 | Under 8 (-120) |
Ladies and gentlemen, Rafael Devers will finally be on the board in 2025. The All-Star went hitless over his first five games but finally got his first with an RBI double yesterday. His struggles had been one of the biggest stories in baseball, but the dam may be about to break.
Devers will have an excellent chance to keep the momentum going tonight with Charlie Morton on the mound for Baltimore. The 41-year-old has had a fantastic career, but we have seen him begin to show his age. His WHIP has increased in the last four years, and he was blown up in his first start as an Oriloe. The veteran allowed four earned runs on seven hits over 3 ⅓ innings.
Boston starter Tanner Houck also had a rough first start of the season but is coming off the best campaign of his career. The 28-year-old rebounded from a horrible 2023 campaign to post a 3.12 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in 2024. We love what we have seen from him and expect him to bounce back tonight.

Reds | +1.5 (-210) | -105 | Over 8 (-110) |
Brewers | -1.5 (+175) | -115 | Under 8 (-110) |
Nestor Cortes will be looking to bounce back for the Brewers tonight. The veteran was shelled by the Yankees in his first start, but so was almost every other Brewer pitcher. That won’t be the case tonight against a Reds team that has been shut out in two consecutive games.
The Reds will have Nick Lodolo starting opposite Cortes. He will face a Brewers lineup that has found its bats, scoring eight runs over their last two games. Leading the way has been Jackson Chourio, who has found his bat after an uneven start to the season.
Milwaukee’s offensive resurgence is a bad sign for Lodolo, who was hit hard when he last visited Milwaukee in August 2024, allowing three runs on 5 ⅓ innings. That won’t improve this season against a Brewers team that seems to be clicking.

Astros | +1.5 (-220) | +100 | Over 7 (-120) |
Twins | -1.5 (+180) | -120 | Under 7 (+100) |
This matchup features two teams that have gotten off to rough starts. A big reason for that has been their bats, which have posted team batting averages below .175 through their first five games. That will set up a low-scoring battle with two great starters on the mound.
The Astros will have Hunter Brown starting tonight. The 26-year-old was sharp against the Mets in his first start, allowing two earned runs over six innings and striking out seven. He struggled the last time he made a start in Minnesota, but it was an off-day for the young pitcher. Expect to see a new and improved version take the mound tonight.
The Twins will send Joe Ryan to the mound tonight. He is coming off an impressive 2024 season in which he posted a 0.99 WHIP. The righty kept that momentum going in his first start of the season, holding the Cards to just one run over five innings.
The Astros have hit Ryan in the past, but this is their weakest lineup. Expect the Twins starter to cruise, allowing the bullpens to decide the game.
