London Spitfire, who are currently in 9th place in the West standings of Midseason Madness, will be taking on Florida Mayhem, who currently sit in 4th place in the West standings of Midseason Madness on 16 June, 2022.

London Spitfire have been very inconsistent so far and will have to pick up their performances if they’re to be taken seriously in the league. They’ve played six games in Midseason Madness so far and got a 50% record. They head into this match as the clear underdogs.

SparkR is their most important DPS this regular season. He has had 462 eliminations, 125 deaths, dealt 246k damage and 32k healing.  Landon has been the key healer with 296 eliminations, 171 deaths, 82k damage and 299k healing. Hadi has been the main tank with 342 eliminations, 124 deaths and 154k damage.

Florida Mayhem Are the Favorites for This Match

Florida Mayhem have won 4 and lost 2 of their matches in Midseason Madness so far. They should win this match if they stick to the basics and will believe that they have enough in the tank to take care of London Spitfire.

Hydrom is the key DP. He has had 727 eliminations, 229 deaths, dealt 336k damage and 41k healing.  Sirmajed has been crucial as a healer with 454 eliminations, 290 deaths, 112k damage and 365k healing. Checkmate and Somoene have both shared the burden as tanks with similar stats.

The Florida Mayhem have some heavy hitters in their side and should be a safe bet for this match.

San Francisco Shock Have to Be at Their Best

San Francisco Shock sit at the very top of the league standings at the moment with six wins from the six games they’ve contested in but they’ll be facing, arguably, their toughest opponent on 16 June, 2022. They’ll have to use all the upward momentum to their advantage when they face Dallas Fuel.

Proper, their DPS, will be a key figure. He has had 837 eliminations, 178 deaths, dealt 387k damage and 12k healing.  Finn and VIOL2T have both been essential as healers. Coluge is the only tank with 781 eliminations, 212 deaths and 331k damage.

Dallas Fuel Will Want to Prove Themselves

Dallas Fuel are no pushovers. They have only lost one match all season and will give San Francisco Shock a real match. They’ll need to pull out all the stops against their next opponent and will need each individual to give their best.

Edison is their most important DPS this regular season. He has had 854 eliminations, 248 deaths, dealt 305k damage and 47k healing Fielder and Chio have both been vital as healers. Hanbin has clearly been the most important tank with 811 eliminations, 175 deaths and 313k damage.

This promises to be a fantastic match and one that Overwatch League fans from around the world will be very excited for. We think despite Dallas Fuel’s best efforts, San Francisco Shock will come out on top.

Washington Justice Have to Win This Match

Washington Justice have not been very consistent so far this season, sitting in 8th place, which is just within the playoff spots, with three wins and three losses. If they want to make serious inroads in this league, they just have to beat their upcoming opponents.

To make sure that they win this, Happy will be the most important DPS. He has had 581 eliminations, 173 deaths, dealt 329k damage and 37k healing. Krillin and Opener have both done their bits as healers with similar stats. Mag has come good as a tank with 537 eliminations, 152 deaths and 240k damage.

New York Excelsior Will Need a Lot of Luck

New York Excelsior have had a disastrous campaign so far and will be hoping to turn things around soon, as unlikely as it looks at the moment. They sit in 11th place on the West standings with only two teams below them. They’ve managed one win so far and it doesn’t look like they’ll be getting anything from this match.

To pull out an upset, Flora will be the key DPS. He has had 349 eliminations, 152 deaths, dealt 230k damage and 23k healing. Gangnamjin and Myungbong have done their best as the team’s healers. Kelan has performed admirably as the tank with 388 eliminations, 130 deaths and 200k damage.

Washington Justice will be very disappointed with themselves if they don’t win this match. They won’t be worthy of a playoffs spot if they can’t take care of the smaller teams. For New York Excelsior, it’s just a matter of slowly improving their performances and getting the small wins. Washington Justice is a safe bet for now.
