Paris Legion, currently at the bottom of the Call of Duty League standings in 12th place, will be facing New York Subliners, who are just one spot ahead in 11th place on 21 May 2022. Paris Legion have played 13 matches so far this season and come out on top only twice. The New York Subliners haven’t been that much better with four wins out of the 13 matches that they have competed in so far. Both teams could use a win.

The two teams are currently playing the Major 3 – Qualifiers. Paris Legion have lost both their matches in the tournament so far, whereas the New York Subliners won their last match 3-1 against 4th placed Boston Breach.

This should give the New York Subliners the slight edge heading into this tie. Despite their ranking on the table, they have an impressive record on two of the maps: Hardpoint and Control. They’ve won 21 and lost 19 matches and won 13 and lost 11 in the latter. Their record on Search and Destroy isn’t disastrous either with 13 wins and 14 losses.

HyDra is their main man on Hardpoint and Control. He averages 27 kills per 10 minutes and an overall KD OF 1.07 on Hardpoint and 20.6 kills per 10 minutes with a KD ratio of 1.09 on Control. On Search and Destroy, their go-to guy is PaulEhx with 0.73 kills per round and a KD ratio of 1.22.

Paris Legion have got a negative record on every gamemode with 12 wins and 25 losses on Hardpoint, 10 wins and 17 losses on Search and Destroy and seven wins and 13 losses on Control. It’s hard to see them getting the better of the New York Subliners.

They’ll need Temp to be on his A-game, who tops the stats on every gamemode. He averages 25.3 kills per 10 minutes with 1.13 overall KD on Hardpoint, 0.71 kills per round and 0.98 overall KD on Search and Destroy and 19 kills per 10 minutes and 1.14 overall KD on Control.

It’s safe to say that the New York Subliners go into this match as quite heavy favorites despite there not being much between the two sides in the league standings. Paris Legion have to improve their performances by quite a lot to remain competitive in the league.

Los Angeles Thieves, currently at 6th place in the Call of Duty League standing, will be facing Seattle Surge, who are a few spots behind on 8th place on 21 May 2022. Los Angeles Thieves have played 16 matches so far this season and come out on top seven times so far with 70 points on board. Seattle Surge are on the same points but have won six matches and lost out nine times.

The thing separating the two sides is the game win rate with Los Angeles Thieves at 50% compared to Seattle Surge’s 45.2%. The Los Angeles thieves lost their last match in the Major 3 – Qualifiers but the Settle Surge were victorious. Both have a 50% record in the tournament so far.

The Los Angeles Thieves will be hoping to play one of the rounds on the Hardpoint game mode, where they have an exceptional record with 32 wins and 16 losses. They average 95.8 kills per 10 minutes, 0.98 overall KD, 194.1 engagements, 98.3 deaths per minute in 48 matches in this mode. Key to that has been team member Envoy with 25.1 kills per 10 minutes.

Their record on Search and Destroy and Control isn’t comparable with 14 wins and 22 losses on the former and 13 wins and 14 losses on the latter.

Seattle Surge, on the other hand, don’t have an incredible record on any game mode but they do have a positive record on Search and Destroy, which happens to be the Los Angeles Thieves’ least favorite game mode. They’ve got 17 wins and 14 losses here. They average 2.72 kills per round, 42.2% first blood rate, 0.95 overall KD, 2.87 deaths per round in 31 matches. Their main man on this game mode and all other maps is Pred. He averages 0.72 kills per round in this game mode with an overall KD of 0.99.

There isn’t too much separating the two sides but we have to give The Los Angeles Thieves the slight edge heading into this match.

Minnesota ROKKR, currently in 10th place on the Call of Duty League standings, will be facing Florida Mutineers, currently in 7th place on the Call of Duty League standings on 21 May 2022. Minnesota ROKKR have played 13 games and collected 50 points in the league so far, winning five but coming short in eight.

They’ll want to up that in the coming games. Florida Mutineers are 20 points ahead of their opponent on Saturday. They have played 16 matches so far, winning six and losing nine.

In the Major 3 – Qualifiers, Minnesota ROKKR have won their two matches against the two Los Angeles sides, whereas the Florida Mutineers have played one and lost one.

This should be an interesting match-up since Minnesota ROKKR have only got an impressive record on Search and Destroy with 15 wins and nine losses on the game mode and Florida Mutineers have a poor one with 10 wins and 16 losses on the same map.

Minnesota ROKKR will be dreading any match on Hardpoint, with 10 wins and 21 losses in 31 matches. The Florida Mutineers have a comfortably better record with 19 wins and 15 losses in game mode.

It might ultimately come down to Control where Minnesota ROKKR have won eight and lost 11 and Florida Mutineers have won 12 and lost 10. The former have averaged 69.7 kills per 10 minutes, 0.99 KD and 70.2 deaths per 10 minutes in 19 matches. The latter have averaged 73.7 kills per 10 minutes, 1.05 KD and 69.9 deaths per 10 minutes in 22 matches.

Minnesota ROKKR’s star player is Standy and Florida Mutineers’ star player is Owakening. The Florida Mutineers should have the edge going into this match.

Boston Breach, currently in 4th place on the Call of Duty League standings, will be facing the best side in the league Atlanta FaZe on 21 May 2022. Boston Breach have played 18 games and collected 120 points in the league so far, winning 10 and coming short in eight. Atlanta FaZe are a formidable opponent with 180 points on board, which is 15 more than the second-place side.

They’ve won 15 matches in the league and lost just five so far. Their match win rate is 75% compared to Boston Breach’s 55.6% and they have a game win rate of 61.6% compared to Boston Breech’s 52.7%. Boston Breach are a good side but Atlanta FaZe are clearly the superior side heading into this contest and will be the overwhelming favorites.

In the Major 3 – Qualifiers, both sides have only played one game and it was against the New York Subliners with Boston Breach falling short with a 3-1 loss and Atlanta FaZe winning by the same score line.

If Boston Breach are going to get anything against Atlanta FaZe, it’s going to be thanks to their impressive record on Hardpoint and Search and Destroy game modes. They’ve got 23 wins and 19 losses in the former and 19 wins and 14 losses in the latter. They’ll also be hoping to put their best foot forward on Control but their record doesn’t read very well with only nine wins and 15 losses.

TJHaLy will have to put on a show. He is the deadliest member of their team with the highest kills per 10 minutes rate on Hardpoint (23.6) and Control (18.9). He also has a KD ratio of 0.92 and 0.95 on the two maps. On Search and Destroy, their strongest member is Capsidal with 0.71 kills per round and an impressive KD ratio of 1.14.

Boston Breach have a real chance against Atlanta FaZe on Search on Destroy, where their record is 18 wins and 19 losses. Atlanta FaZe’s record is far better on Hardpoint, where it’s an incredible 32 wins and 13 losses. On Control, it’s still fairly impressive with 18 wins and 10 losses.

Atlanta FaZe has three diff stars for each map. On Hardpoint, they have Celium with 25.9 kills per 10 minutes, 1.30 KD and 19.9 deaths per 10 minutes. On Search and Destroy, they have Simp with 0.78 kills per round, 1.17 KD and 0.67 deaths per round. On Control, they have aBeZy with 19.4 kills per 10 minutes, 1.03 KD and 18.9 deaths per 10 minutes.

This is a side that’s looking at every member to pull its weight but Celium remains the main man. It’s hard to see anything but an Atlanta FaZe victory here.
