Action: Develop a leadership development program specifically for underrepresented employees.

3. Enhance Employee Engagement

Goal: Improve engagement scores related to diversity and inclusion by 15% within the next survey period.

Action: Conduct regular workshops and training sessions that focus on inclusive practices and cultural competency.

4. Support Career Advancement

Goal: Increase internal mobility and promotion rates for underrepresented groups by 20%.

Action: Create mentorship programs and career pathing initiatives tailored to support these groups.

5. Cultivate an Inclusive Culture
