Phil Salt is one of the most dynamic opening batters in world cricket and today and gave a good account of himself at the IPL for Kolkata Knight Riders this season. Opening the batting for KKR, Salt made 435 runs at an average of 39.54. A key feature of his batting was the strike-rate at which he operated - a whopping 182. 

Salt will get to bat on this St Lucia wicket where run-scoring has been pretty good. The England opener will be the biggest threat for this West Indian bowling attack that hasn't quite been tested yet on some of the better batting tracks.

Johnson Charles Total Runs Under 18.5 (-112) on FanDuel

Johnson Charles has had a mixed run of form in this tournament with two ducks in four innings. He has made 87 runs in the other two games, but a hit or miss at the top of the order, Charles plays high-risk cricket and it's bound to come with its lows. 

Against England, Charles will have his task cut out with the defending champions boasting of two high quality new ball quicks in Jofra Archer and Reece Topley. With Mark Wood and two spinners who turn the ball in different directions further up their sleeves, Charles’ odds of making a good score aren't too great.
