Following the glitz and glamor of Jake Paul’s win over Mike Tyson in Texas last Friday, we return to what many fans would refer to as “proper boxing.” Brandon Rhodes for OTX - Overtime Boxing presents a competitive six-fight card from Corey Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday, with the action broadcast on TV and live-streaming apps.

The main event of the evening pairs Oshae Jones and Femke Hermans over ten rounds for the IBF and IBO world super welterweight titles. But which fighter will come out on top, end the year on a high, and set up a huge 2025 in her career? The leading online betting apps offer odds on Jones vs Hermans, giving fight fans the opportunity to research the stats, pick their winner, and target a profit by betting on the result.

Who wins this weekend in Georgia? Jones vs Hermans looks a 50/50 and a real pick-em contest that’s guaranteed to live up to the hype. Fancy betting on the result to add an extra bit of spice to your weekend sports viewing? World Sports Network’s boxing writer and former professional fighter, Frankie Monkhouse, previews the action, highlights the most generous odds, and offers his big fight predictions.

Jones vs. Hermans Betting Odds

Turning our attention to the fight-winner market and the current betting odds available at bet365 Sportsbook, we find Oshae Jones priced like losing isn’t an option. Jones is currently no better than -320 at bet365, and that seems far too tight in such an important fight.

Prefer backing the underdog with more experience at better odds? You can try your luck on Femke Hermans winning by any method at a tempting +235 at bet365, and I wouldn’t put anyone off that bet. The draw is yours at +1200 at bet365 if you can’t split them.

Oshae Jones vs Femke Hermans Odds

Jones Unbeaten in Seven

Oshae Jones is a 26-year-old professional fighter from Toledo, Ohio, in the United States. She brings a professional record of seven wins from as many starts, with three of those victories scored inside the distance. She made her professional debut in 2022 with a points win over Sonya Dreilling in Verona, winning all six rounds on the scorecards. Since that strong start, Jones has gone from strength to strength, reeling off seven wins and climbing to sixth in the world rankings, a list topped by Norwegian fighter Cecilia Braekhus. More success on Saturday would see Oshae close the gap on the division’s leading names.

We last saw Jones in action when beating Simone Aparecida da Silva in Atlanta. July’s fight against an experienced opponent was scheduled for eight rounds, but it didn’t last until the end of the fifth, with Jones ending things in devastating fashion. She stopped her opponent at the Overtime Elite Arena at 1:54 of the fifth, with referee Ansel Stewart saving the beaten woman from taking any more punishment. It was a one-sided win for Jones and another example of her speed, power, and boxing abilities. Fans hope to see more of the same this weekend, with the form fighter looking to move her record to a perfect eight wins.

Saturday represents a step up in class for Jones and the biggest challenge of her career to date. Some believe she has been thrown in at the deep end a little too early, considering her inexperience. Still, she has worked herself into title contention thanks to a run of smart wins, solid performances, and impressing the fans. Now she has her chance to shine against the IBF and IBO world champion; she’ll be determined to make it count before a global audience watching live on TV.

Hermans Holds the Titles

Femke Hermans is a Belgian fighter and current holder of the two world titles on the line this weekend. The 34-year-old, who fights out of Londerzeel, has a professional boxing record detailing 18 wins against four defeats, with seven victories scored inside the distance and one stoppage loss. The only fighter to finish Hermans inside the distance in her 134 previous rounds and a career spanning eight years was Savannah Marshall in Newcastle, England. That fight in 2022 lasted just three rounds before Marshall landed a solid left hook.

Since that tough loss in the United Kingdom approaching three years ago, the Belgian has fought six times and scored six wins. She got her career back on track with a six-round points decision over Bojana Libiszewska and followed it with another decision over Mary Spencer in Canada. In her six fights since that defeat in the UK, Hermans has won four on points, including each of her last two.

The champion beat Mary Spencer again on the scorecards, taking a ten-round decision in Montreal, and followed that with a six-round victory against Ester Konecna in Ghent last time. She’s a fighter enjoying great form and enters this latest challenge with confidence. She doesn’t hold the same pristine record as her opposite number but enjoys a solid run of victories against good opposition. Will she continue her winning ways at the weekend?

Unbeaten Jones the Favorite

Traders working at the leading online betting apps have had their say on Saturday’s main event, making Jones the pre-fight favorite to collect an eighth win and leave with both versions of the world title. The American must be at her best if she’s to live up to expectations, but there’s not much value backing her in the fight-winner market.

There’s a lot to like about Jones, and she’s climbing the ranks quickly, but I feel odds-makers have overreacted a little to her form and have been harsh on Hermans, who has been there and done it many times before. That experience will count double if this fight enters the later rounds and becomes a battle of wills.

I’m happy to take a chance on the underdog and suggest backing Hermans to win on points at an attractive +375 with bet365. You’ll find that bet in the method of victory market available on the bet365 website and mobile app. If Hermans is fit, strong, and firing, as I expect her to be, she will take all the beating this weekend, and I’m happy to follow her at great odds.
