"Billy’s training drills work on physical parameters and boxing technique which will surely pay off come fight night. Running, jumping rope, and use of an elevation mask will enhance his aerobic parameters and help in the crucial rounds of competition. That being said, scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of these masks is limited making it an unnecessary component in this montage. Also, while punching paper can promote accuracy and precision in his boxing, I question whether it will stand the test of time once he is in the ring. While this montage lacks demonstrating any nutritional and recovery processes, it does show his good mental stamina, a knowledgeable trainer, and has very motivational music which will help him reach his goal."
