In this match between the top and bottom of the league table, the odds are heavily in the favor of FC Slutsk. They’ve shown a steadfast backline and a fearless attacking combination. It is unlikely that Belshina will overcome their quality.

FC Slutsk have gotten off to a tremendous start this year after a nervy 2019 campaign. With a recent win over Shakhtyor Soligorsk, FC Slutsk have found their way to the top of the Vysheyshaya Liga table on goal difference.
On a three-game win streak, FC Slutsk are in excellent form as they face off against the lowest-ranked team in the league. A high-scoring affair is expected, as FC Slutsk have scored nine over their five matches.
FC Slutsk have shown a propensity for versatile play. While they had less possession overall in their last match, they were clinical on the counterattack despite going down a man at 51 minutes.
Eduard Gradoboyev {Current: 0-2-3 (16th in Vysheyshaya Liga) | Top Scorer: Leonid Kovel (2) | Form: DDLL}
(GK) #22 S. Turanok – (DEF) #32 V. Yasyukevich, #69 N. Rochev, #97 K. Malyarov, #23 S. Odeyobo, #4 V. Solanovich – (MID) #17 E. Skoblikov, #8 S. Glebko, #25 M. Bashilov, #10 P. Bordukov – (FWD) #9 L. Kovel
Belshina Bobruisk got off to a dreadful start to the season and it hasn’t gotten much better. After losing the first three matches of the season, they were only able to manage draws against Neman Grodno and Smolevichi.
Eduard Gradoboyev’s side can’t seem to find a balance between their attacking and defensive half. They are yet to hold a team without a goal, despite their two draws on the season.
They’ll need to stave off a talented attacking side in FC Slutsk. After allowing seven goals in five matches, Belshina will have their work cut out for them.
Belshina Bobruisk and FC Slutsk have met ten times in the past. FC Slutsk have had the upper hand historically, winning five times and to Belshina Bobruisk’s two. The two clubs have drawn three times.
A win for FC Slutsk would keep them at the top of the league table where they sit with a +3 goal difference.
A win for Belshina Bobruisk could send them as high as 13th in the table.

Nigerian midfielder Mohammed Umar scored what would be the match-winning goal for FC Slutsk in his last match. Despite being down to ten men at the time, the Nigerian was composed off the long ball, dribbled past the defender, and slotted in a classy goal. With, hopefully, a full complement for 90 minutes next match, Umar’s creativity and dribbling may tear through the Belshina backline.

The 33-year-old striker is one of the few bright spots for Belshina so far this season. While he hasn’t been clinical, nor has any Belshina player, Kovel has shown composure and maturity on the ball that has helped his side in difficult situations. His goal to tie the match against Neman Grodno showed he has the finishing ability, given some decent service.
